If you wish to make a return, please contact shop within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; items submitted without a preauthorized return, may or may not be refunded. 

Once a return is authorized, please pack it safely and send it back. For valuable cards/products, we recommend getting a tracking number and insurance to ensure your package makes it safely back to us.
